Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EzFluent mobile application and related services (the “App”). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You may use the App as a guest or with an account created via email, Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for your own language-learning purposes. We retain all rights, title and interest in and to the App, including its software, content and trademarks.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or that you do not have the right to submit.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, overload or interfere with the App or its infrastructure.
• Abuse AI or scanning features to generate prohibited content or to circumvent usage limits.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the App without our written permission.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the words, notes and other content you add. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the App (including sending text to AI providers to generate learning material). You are responsible for the content you submit.

6. AI-generated content

Definitions, translations, example sentences and exercises are produced with the help of automated and AI systems and may contain errors or inaccuracies. The App is a learning aid and is provided for educational purposes only; it is not a substitute for professional instruction or authoritative reference works. Verify important information independently.

7. Purchases, subscriptions and ads

Some features may be offered free with advertising, and others may require a paid subscription or credits. Prices and offerings may change. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their terms; refunds are handled according to those stores' policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before the renewal date.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (including Google Firebase, Google AdMob and Google Gemini). Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzFluent and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Vietnam.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
